These recent projects illustrate how we work and the quality of support we provide.
A masseria in Puglia, selected for the client from properties available on the market and renovated as a large-scale project. We appointed the architect, followed the design and rendering phase through to approval, and assembled the local team: builders, engineers, plumbers, electricians, pool specialists and growers experienced in preserving the existing olive and orange groves.
In parallel, we arranged for a live-in caretaker to occupy part of the property until works began, and for a gardener to maintain the grounds so that nothing was lost in the meantime.
An apartment in a historic building in central Verona, acquired empty and fully renovated from the ground up. We worked alongside the architect, surveyor and interior designer, coordinating the design process, trades and schedule, and visiting the site directly whenever the project required our presence.
