Third-party processors (EU / UK / US under Standard Contractual Clauses)
Your data transits through the following processors, each bound by a DPA: • Cloudflare (US + global edge): hosts the API endpoint (chatbot + forms) and rate-limits abuse. No durable storage of your data on Cloudflare. • Resend (US): delivers the email of your request to info@italycare360.com. Messages retained on Resend for 30 days max. • Groq / Meta Llama (US): AI model powering the chatbot. Each session is memoryless; your messages are NOT used for training. • Calendly (US): appointment scheduling. Your name/email are forwarded only if you pick a slot. • Google (US): Google Analytics 4 (only after consent) and Google Maps on the contact page. • GitHub Pages / Microsoft (US): hosting of the static site. • Aruba (Italy): domain registrar and DNS servers.
AI Assistant (chatbot) - conversation retention
The conversational assistant is stateless: every session starts from zero and no message is stored on our servers. If you submit the consultation form from within the chat, the full conversation is attached to the email sent to info@italycare360.com and retained per the retention periods below.
Data Sharing
We never sell your data. It may be shared with: • The technical processors listed above • Our service partners (lawyers, real estate agents, doctors) only with your explicit agreement and as part of your project • Competent authorities when required by law
Data Retention
Your data is retained for: • Contact data: 3 years after last contact • Contractual data: 10 years (Italian tax obligation) • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics)
